Ingredients

3/4 lbs Lean Turkey Breast Cutlets
2 tbsp Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 serving Oil-Free, Fat Free Veggie Pasta Sauce (see my recipe)
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix Greek Yogurt and Garlic Powder and coat turkey cutlets and set aside. Can be done ahead of time and left in the refrigerator and ready to use.
Mix Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning with Panko bread crumbs and press each side of the turkey cutlets to coat. Place in baking dish and spray quickly with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 30 minutes or until Panko starts to brown lightly around the edges. Remove from oven and evenly spoon Pasta Sauce over the top and sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with dried parsley or basil if desired. Serve with a side of pasta and more sauce.
