Ingredients

6 large eggs, almond milk, any veggies- sautéed, breakfast meat-cooked, pepper, and cayenne.

Tips

This recipe is very easy and very quick! I usually add all the veggies in my fridge that I know are getting close to being needed to use, I also sprinkle cheese on the top but did not for this recipe. I prepare this on Sunday and have it for the week. Add some salsa or ketchup and its even better. Enjoy : )

Directions

Cook meat, Sautee all vegetables, whisk eggs together with almond milk, preheat over to 350 degrees, spray dish with coconut oil and combine the vegetables, eggs, meat into casserole dish, stir to make sure the dish is even throughout (you do not want one piece to have all the meat) place in over for 25-30 mins. Shake the dish gently, if there is not any movement of the eggs the frittata is done.

Serving Size: Depending on pan size, 8x11 pan makes about 6 servings
