    3/4 head of a small red cabbage, chopped
    1 Granny Smith apple, cut into matchsticks
    Roast chicken, torn into bite size pieces
    1 small jar Thai peanut sauce or Thai satay sauce
    lemon juice to taste

Directions

mix cabbage, apple, and chicken. add jar of peanut sauce. mix. add plain lemon juice to taste if satay sauce is too strong.
