Introduction

Fast and easy twist on the Waldorf Salad. Serve as side dish or even dessert! I keep apples in the fridge so this is cold when I make it. This recipe is calculated with Dukes REAL Mayonnaise. Ingredients

    1 large Red Delicious apple
    2 medium stalks of celery
    1 cup raisins (not packed)
    2 oz chopped walnuts (approx. 1/2 cup)
    2 TBSP mayonnaise


Directions

PREP: Core apple and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice celery lengthwise twice and cut into small pieces.

Add all ingredients to small mixing bowl and toss gently to coat with mayonnaise.
Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.

Makes 4 one-half cup servings.
