Ingredients

1 12 red cabbage
1 small red onion
1/2 cup chopped raw carrot
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup cauliflower
1 cup brown rice long grain
100 gr. garlic fresh
2 cup bok choy
100 grams or 4 portabella mushrooms
2 1/2 cup bean sprouts
16 oz. ground lean turkey
1 cup firm tofu
1 tbsp Asian Gourmet Authentic Black Bean Sauce
Directions
In smaller frypan, precook brown rice and set aside (I do mine in microwave)
Brown onion and garlic and mushrooms and bean sauce
Add turkey and cook until done.
Add the tofu just at end
You can add any seasoning of choice
In large frypan add the cooked rice add all the chopped vegetables and cook al dente
Add the bok choy and bean sprouts and lower the heat. For more juice, add a little water.
Once cooked, add all the ingredients from other frypan.
Serving Size: makes 5.75 - 2 cup servings.
