Ingredients

    1 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup of yoplait greek yogurt lemon
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 tbs lemon juice
    2 scoops whey protein vanilla
    1 cup of blueberries
    8x8 baking pan
    cooking spray of your choice

Tips

to avoid having the blueberries sink to the bottom you can toss them in some flour prior to adding them to the batter.


Directions

350 degree oven
blend all ingredients except the blueberries, until smooth. Pour batter into greased pan and distribute blueberries evenly on top. Place in a preheated oven for 30-40 mins. Let cool and cut into 9 squares.
