Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1.5 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Dash salt
1 to 2 tsp cinnamon to taste
1 scoop brown rice protein powder
1 cup simple truth almond milk
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp canola or vegetable oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and sift together.
Whisk together wet ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour onto a griddle preheated to 325°
Makes approximately 9 pancakes
