    1 13/4 cup of wheat bran cereal
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 Large egg
    1 cup of flour
    1/3 cup brown sugar( i use splenda to cut the sugar)
    1 tbsp of baking powder
    1 cup of raisins
    1 tsp cinnamon


first combine cereal, milk and egg let set

In another bowl put flour,baking powder, and cinnamon then mix in cereal mixture blend together then add in raisins. ( or any fruit you like) but you'll need to adjust the calorie intake)
Yummo!!!!!!!!!!! there is a topping but i elimated it! to cut the calories,
