    0.25 tsp Salt
    2.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil

Directions

Peel, rinse, and slice potatoes. Meanwhile heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet (or use pam spray) on medium heat. Add potatoes, pepper, and salt. Cover. Turn frequently until potatoes are mostly fork tenderand golden brown on sides. Serve hot.
