Introduction

I joined a locoal buying coop and haven't got my ordering down yet. I had a bunch of fruit to use up or toss out and a sweet tooth. I swapped out the brown sugar and maple syrup and butter for splenda, sugar free maple, and Brummel and brown. I joined a locoal buying coop and haven't got my ordering down yet. Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 cups sliced peaches
    1 cup blueberries
    1 cup sliced mango
    1 cup cherries pitted
    1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats (I used sugarfree)
    1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup margerine (I used Brummel and brown)
1/4 cup brown sugar ( or any sweetener, I used splenda brown sugar blend)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    sprinkle of salt
    1 tsp nutmeg
extra virgin coconut oil (for coating the pan, can use anything)

Tips

I am also going to make one with just peaches and cherries. they are always good just make sure the total fruit is around 4 cups. (I like to go heavy on the fruit and use 5) im new at this but I think any fruit would work...why not right?

Directions

preheat oven to 350.
Combine all fruit into a greased dish.
pour maple syrup evenly over fruit
In a mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients, mix lightly to incorporate.
cut in Brummel and brown and pour over fruit.
Bake for about 60 minutes or until all bubbly and the top is golden brown. If using frozen fruit increase baking times, or thaw it out prior to using.

Serving Size: makes about 5 1 cup servings (maybee a little more)
