Ingredients

    Wheat, 250 gram(s), wash, cooked and drained
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup pieces
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 small, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Stock/Chicken Oxo Cube (0.5 Cube)
    Water, tap, 3.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    3 Tbspn light cream (Oprional)

Directions

Wash wheat and cook in 2 .5 - 3 cups of water with a teaspoon of salt on medium heat till al dente
Drain well
Add oil to a pan and fry onions, mushrooms and peppers till soft and cooked
Add wheat and onion mixture into a baking dish.
Mix chicken stock cube with 1 cup boiled water and add pepper, cream and a dash of salt.
Add to wheat mixture and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes or till water has evaporated.
Serve warm or cold as a side dish
