Ingredients

    rolled oats
    quinoa
    walnuts
    maple syrup
    pumpkin seeds*
    maple syrup
    *(I have added 1/2 to 1 cup pumpkin seed, sunflower seeds, almonds, craisins, or raisins, etc at other times. It was all good.)

Tips

A favorite breakfast is 1/2 cup granola, 1/2 cup yogurt, and 1/2 cup fresh fruit.
1/2 cup of this granola is about 230 calories
Adding the craisins or raisins after baking keeps them soft and chewy.


Directions

Mix all together except the craisins. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven mix lightly. Return to oven. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Add craisins and mix lightly.
Allow to cool completely before storing in glass jar.

Serving Size: Makes 22 1/2 cup portions
