Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    can of corn
    5 Kraft singles
    1 potato peeled and boiled
    head of cauliflower, boiled and chopped fine
    2 tbs butter
    1/2 c. milk

Directions

Brown ground beef. Boil potato and cauliflower head. Once ground beef is browned drain grease and pour in casserole dish. Layer can of corn and then sliced cheese. In separate bowl mix the potato and cauliflower together with butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Layer on top of cheese. Bake in over at 375 for 15 min.
