Ingredients

Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Oat Bran, 1 2/3 cup
Whey Protein-Body Fortress Vanilla, 1 scoop
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Baking Powder- Aluminum free, 8 1/8 tsp
Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (
Applesauce, unsweetened, .50 cup
Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, .50 cup
egg whites, 2 large
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed, 4 tbsp
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F. spray 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or grease well with coconut oil.
In a Medium bowl whisk together Oat bran, protein powder, baking boder and cinnamon..set aside
In a large bowl Mix mashed bananas, applesauce, greek yogurt, egg whites and vanilla together until well combined and smooth. Add wet Ingredients to the the dry and mix until just combined.
Let batter sit two min to thicken a bit. Divide batter evenly into 12 muffin cups and bake 15 mins or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Transfer to wire rack to cool for 10 mins, then remove muffins from tin and place on wire rack to cool completley.
Feel free to add in chocolate chips, berries or nuts to the batter
