Introduction
Yummy for summer virtually no fat and high protein Yummy for summer virtually no fat and high proteinNumber of Servings: 2
Ingredients
-
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 onion
1 8 oz container of Fage 0% Plain Yogurt
2 tablespoons of Dillweed (I start with one tablespoon and add more as needed)
Salt and pepper to taste (I used himilayan pink salt, 1/2 teaspoon to start and half teaspoon of pepper) Then added more as needed to get my desired taste.
Tips
The longer the salad sits before consuming, the more watery the yogurt becomes, so you can add more veggies than what the recipe requires.
Directions
Slice cucumber, tomatoes and onions and throw in a dish. Open yogurt container and add, dill, salt, pepper and mix until everything is well blended. Dump yogurt mix onto veggies and mix until everything is evenly coated. This recipe makes about 2-4 servings depending on how big of portions you want. Chill for an hour or eat right away and enjoy!!
