    12 ounces, weight Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    4 whole Eggs, Room Temperature
    2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (or Cognac, Grand Marnier, Etc.)
    1 pinch Salt
    8 ounces, fluid Strong Hot Coffee

Tips

The hot coffee cooks the eggs.


Directions

Make sure eggs are at room temp. Break eggs into blender container with chocolate chips, pinch of salt, and vanilla. Blend for 30 seconds. remove cap from lid and slowly pour VERY HOT coffee. Blend another 30 seconds till smooth. Pour into very small containers and refrigerate for several hours before serving
