Ingredients

    Zucchini Squash, 2 cups sliced or one very large zucchini sliced
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 12 ounces
    Cheese, Mozzarella, Low Moist/Part Skim, 5 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup

Directions

Chop up left over grilled chicken.
Use mandarin or knife to slice the zucchini in thin, long slices mimicking lasagna pasta.
Layer zucchini, sauce, chicken, and cheese until you run out.
Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and stick in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until the cheese is bubbly and the zucchini looks to desired tenderness.
