Introduction

My preference is to use organics and raw foods. SO no dairy, no soy. only nut milk. No added sugar/sugar substitute or stevia...just the sugar from the fruits (banana & date). Ingredients

    1/2 C Living Harvest coconut hemp milk (or nut milk of your choice)
    1 C coconut water
    1 Tbsp unsweetened Cacao Powder
    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
    1 medium banana (frozen)
    1 tbsp Almond Butter
    1 Dates ( Medjool dates)

Directions

Blend all ingredients 45 seconds

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (12 oz)
