Ingredients

    1 Mashed Medium Banana
    1/2 cup Organic, Unsweetened Appplesauce
    1 cup Liquid Egg Whites
    3/4 cup Almond Milk, Silk, Unsweetened Original
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1.5 cups White Flout (can sub oat or whole wheat flour)
    5 packets Stevia in the Raw
    1 cup EAS Soy Protein Powder, Vanilla
    2 tbsp Carrington Farms Flax Chia Blend
    1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
    1 cup Fresh Blueberries

Tips

Fill cups almost to top with batter.
Add a few extra blueberries on top if you wish.


Directions

Combine wet ingredients in mixer, Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients slowly until just combined. Fold in blueberries by hand.

Use cupcake liners and spray lightly with spray coconut oil.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
