Ingredients

    1/2 c Butter
    2 c Raw White Rice
    1 large Onion, Chopped
    1/2 c Carrot, Chopped
    4 c Chicken Broth
    1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

You can also saute vegetables and cook the rice in a rice cooker.


Directions

Melt Butter in a large heavy skillet. Saute rice, onion, and carrots until vegetables are golden brown. Add chicken broth and poultry seasoning. Cover and Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until rice is tender. Taste and add Salt and Pepper.
