*Rice Instant White-uncooked, 2 cup
*1 med yellow onion, .5 serving
*roma tomatoe, 2 serving
*(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp, 3 tsp

Ingredients

    *white rice-uncooked, 2 cup
    *1 med yellow onion, .5 serving
    *roma tomatoe, 2 serving
    *(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp, 3 tsp

Directions

heat oil add uncooked rice until browned
add onion, cook
add garlic
add diced tomatoes
add salt to taste
bring to boil lower heat and continue to cook until water evaporates
let sit for at least 10 minutes
