Introduction

A vegan no oil hummus. A vegan no oil hummus.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4-5 Basil leaves
    4 cloves of garlic
    2 TBSP Tahini (more if you like)
    15 oz can of white beans
    juice of one small lemon
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Add a TBSP of water if needed to reach desired creamy texture.


Directions

Drain and rinse beans and add to food processor. Add in basil, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
