Ingredients

    1/2 tsp turmeric
    1Tbs Olive oil
    1 onion
    1 Red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    4 tsp garlic
    4 tbs nutritional yeast

Tips

Used to much turmeric. Next time use firmer tofu


Directions

Drain tofu.
Cut veggie
Mix spices into tofu
Fry in pan until desired texture and temp.
