    Roasting Chicken, dark meat, 1.25 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (Use 1 bag of Kirkland's organic dark meat)
    Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed, 9 tsp
    *Onion powder, 3 tsp
    *Dried Onion Flakes, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, 2 tsp
    1/2 large egg


You'll need to add salt.


1. Preheat oven to 450 (bake)
2. Whisk up the egg
3. rinse and pat dry the chicken meat
4. Toss dry ingredients into a large bag
5. Coat chicken in egg
6. Shake up chicken in bag with dry ingredients
7. Put onto a cookie sheet or tinfoil
8. Put in upper rack for 20 minutes (check using thermometer for doneness)
