Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

Add 4 frozen bananas chopped to blender or food processor.
Add 4 Tbs cocoa & juice of 1/2 fresh lemon to this.
Next add 1 Tbs vanilla extract, 2 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, & 2 Tbs sour cream. (This is your substitute for mascarpone cheese).

Add 1/4 cup half & half to container. Add 1/4 cup Splenda (to taste).

Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula when the motor is turned off.

Pour into individual serving dishes, freeze for 2 hours and serve. Can be prepared several days in advance, but I recommend a soft thawing in icebox a couple of hours before serving.

Tips
