Ingredients

    8 Eggs
    1 c. Shredded Cheese
    6 slices bacon
    2 oz. 2% milk

Tips

Can be eaten alone or on an english muffin or whole grain sandwich thin.


Directions

Cook bacon, tear into small slices. Beat eggs, mix together all ingredients. Spoon in equal amounts into extra large six-muffin tin. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Check center with fork to make sure cooked all the way through.
