Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can (1.75 to 2 cups) garbanzo beans (or 2 cups cooked)
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 clove garlic
    1 large roasted bell pepper, any color
    1/3 cup walnuts
    1/2 teaspoon of salt, or to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. I use an immersion blender.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 two-tablespoon servings
