Ingredients

    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    3/4 cup coconut milk
    2 medoola dates
    2 TBS ground flax seed
    2 TBS raw pumpkin seeds
    1 tsp minced ginger
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp cinnamon
    6 ice cubes

Tips

I actually had put the coconut milk in the refrigerator for a day and took off the coconut cream that came to the top and used that in another recipe. Then the left off coconut water in the can is what i used in the smoothie. so the nutritional facts are overstated for the fat content as most of that was removed from the can by letting it separate.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a Vitamix or other high speed blender. Blend for a minute or 2 on high speed to make a smoothie. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
