These have long been a staple in our household. They freeze and reheat beautifully! The recipe scales really well, just double up for each 10 burritos you need. These have long been a staple in our household. They freeze and reheat beautifully! The recipe scales really well, just double up for each 10 burritos you need.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    16 oz extra lean ground beef
    1 can fat free refried beans
    10 oz frozen spinach (thawed)
    1/2 c salsa
    10 flour tortillas
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, makes 10 servings

Brown the ground beef and drain. Add beans, salsa and spinach. Heat through. Add approximately 1/3 cup filling per tortilla, rolling snugly.

Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes until slightly brown and crisp.

Delicious with salsa and guacamole!
