Introduction

Healthy Asian Chicken Meatballs Healthy Asian Chicken Meatballs
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound of ground chicken
    2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
    2 tablespoons ofgarlic powder
    1 tablespoons of onion powder
    1/2 of tablespoon of sage
    1 tablespoon of dried onion
    2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
    1 green apple ( peeled)

Directions

In a bowl coming all ingredients
Let mix chill in refrigerator for 30 mins to firm up
preheat oven to 375f
Roll into 1 inch balls (I used a cookie scoop)
Line on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
bake for 20-24 mins
* when done check to make sure there's no pink
can serve with a soy sauce dipping sauce if you like.

Serving Size: Makes 30 1 inch balls
