    1/4 tsp ginger (root or paste)
    1/4 cup spinach
    1/4 cup kale
    1/4 cup strawberries
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup pineapple
    2 thin slices avocado
    8 oz water (tap, bottled, coconut water)
    2 tbs dry oats
    1/2 tsp honey

Directions

Add all ingredients in blender for about 40 seconds or until smooth.
