Introduction

Alternative to flour pancakes, very very good. Alternative to flour pancakes, very very good.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal dry (process in blender until powder)
    1 cup 100% liquid egg whites (I like to use the carton egg whites)
    1 cup 1% or non-fat cottage cheese
    2 tsp baking powder
    3 packets stevia or truvia (less if you prefer)
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    NO FAT added as this is an E meal.


Tips

You may mix up fat free greek yogurt with some berries as the topping or sugar free syrup (if on plan)


Directions

Mix the oatmeal in process until a flour texture, add baking power and sweetner, blend then add the cottage cheese and egg whites, vanilla...blend.

In non stick pan "LIGHTLY" spray and then fry until texture, color you like.

Serving Size: Servings 3 (use equal amounts)

    Incredible!
    My first THM recipe ever! It was so easy and taste like regular pancakes. Really Really Good.... I made the berries and greek yogurt topping too. Made it look and taste like something you would get at a fancy restraunt.

    This will be a once a week breakfast for me. Good Eating Spark Mates!
