Ingredients

    Honeysuckle White - Lean Ground Turkey 93/7, 2.5 lb(s)
    Knorr Caldo Con Sabor De Pollo - Chicken Flavor Bouillon, 2 tbsp(s)
    Green Cabbage - Fresh Raw Cabbage, 64 ounce
    Rotel - Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 28 fluid ounce
    Picsweet - Seasoning Blend - Onions, Celery, Bell Peppers, 1 container (3 2/5 cups ea.)
    granulated garlic to taste
    salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Serving Size: makes 9.5 large 1 lb servings
Spray large dutch oven with pam.
Saute turkey till cooked
add chopped veggies cook few minutes more.
add whole can of rotel with liquid
simmer for about 5 minutes
wash and chop carrots and cabbage ( i dont even peel the carrots: everything very coarse chopped)
add cabbage cook about 10 minutes covered and then add carrots and cover cook until cabbage and carrots are just tender
