    12 hard boiled eggs
    1 cup mayo
    2 T mustard
    2 T sweet pickle relish

    salt to taste

Directions

After hard boiling the eggs, roughly chop.

Add in mayo, mustard, and pickle relish. Combine well. Salt to taste.
