Gluten Free Mama's Almond Flour, 3 cup
Yeast, bakers, 1 heaping tbsp.
*Xanthan Gum, 1 1/2 tsp
*Water, warm tap (110 F), 1.25 cup
*Salt (table), 1 tsp
Honey, 3 tbsp or sugar
Egg whole - medium per egg, 2 serving
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1/3 cup
I use the foil mini pans or the 4" little round pans. Can do in different shapes is you want. The original recipe calls for 6-7 bun pans, but I like less bread so I split it more and bake less time. Can top with seeds or other things for added flavor. (the orginal recipe can be found on GF Mama's site.
mix dry ingredients and then add remaining ingredients.
Mix together in stand mixer for 2 minutes.
Divide into 12 4" pans. Let raise cover for 2 hours.
bake at 400* for 15-25 minutes
