Ingredients

    1 can Diced Tomatoes with green chiles
    1 can Chili Beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can Butter Beans
    1 can Kidney Beans
    1 jar Sun Dried Tomato in olive oil,
    1 ear yellow sweet corn
    3/5ths Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo
    3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Seasoning
    water (i just filled up a can for measurement)
    spices as needed, garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne

Directions

Cut corn off cob
dump everything into a pot
add extra water if needed
cover and leave on low for two hours
stir occasionally
