Ingredients

Spaghetti Squash- 1 meduim squash cooked and drained
Italian Sausage, Bulk - 1/2 lb
Ground beef - 1/2 lb
Tomato Sauce - 1 15 oz can
Onions, raw - 1/2 C finely chopped
Garlic - 2 cloves finely diced
Salt - 1/2 t
Pepper 1/2 t
basil- 1 t
oregano- 1 t
Mozzarella Cheese- 1/2 C shredded
Cottage Cheese - 1 C
Parmesan Cheese- 1/3 C grated
Egg- 2 beaten
Directions
Cooke spaghetti squash in microwave or oven, cool and drain. Squeeze as much water as possible out of it.
Brown meats and add onions and garlic. Saute until onions are translucent. Add salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and tomato sauce. Cook on medium low for about 15 minutes until sauce thickens.
Mix cooled and squeezed squash with beaten eggs and Parmesan cheese. Place in pie dish and bake for about 20 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and layer cottage cheese, tomato/meat sauce, and Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted and dish is warmed through, about 20 minutes.
