    5 6.5 oz Fish, Swai Fillet
    1 cup GV Plain Bread Crumbs
    1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    1/2 cup Italian Style Grated Blended Cheese
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
    1/8 tsp Pepper, black
    1/4 tsp Salt
    3 Tbsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning
    1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap


Combine your Plain Bread Crumbs, Flour, Grated Italian Cheese Blend, Garlic & Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper and Creole Seasoning in a bowl or large plastic bag.

Mix Egg & Water in a shallow baking dish.

Dip to coat Swai Fillets in Egg & Water mixture. Then drop fillet into bag and gently shake to coat both sides evenly. Do this to EACH fillet individually.

Pre-heat oven to 350
Spray Baking Dish with Cooking Spray. Then lay each fillet onto pan.
Bake 10-15 minutes, then turn fillets over & bake another 10-15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 6.5oz. Fillets. 1 Serving = 6.5oz.

    Excellent tasteful dish. Everyone loved it. I seasoned the fish lightly with adobo seasoning before putting the batter on. Also cooked the fish longer. Raving reviews, everyone wanted seconds and said we must have it again for dinner. - 9/18/17
