    1 serving avocado, half (by MOIRVBEADER)
    1 serving banana
    1 tbsp Green Matcha Tea
    1 cup Arugula
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 fruit without skin, large Kiwi Fruit
    2 tbsp Chia seeds

Tips

You add some turmeric powder and/or minced ginger to the recipe, sub agave syrup for the honey if vegan


Directions

Blend with 1 1/2 cup of water
