Ingredients

    3 Eggs
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 C. Water
    1 C. Sifted Flour
    1 1/4 C. Milk
    2 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients & beat until batter is smooth. Cover bowl & let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

Heat small fry pan and spray with oil. Pour about 2 Tbsp. batter onto pan and swirl around to fully coat bottom of pan. Pour off excess batter back into bowl. Cook until edges start to lift, flip over and cook other side. Place on wax paper to cool.

Fill as desired.
