Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup granulated sugar
3 medium bananas, very ripe, mashed
3/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
1 3/4 cup unbleached white whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease loaf pan.
Mix the first six ingredients in medium bowl.
Mix the next three (dry) ingredients together in large bowl.
Stir peanut butter/banana/sugar mixture into dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for one hour at 350F.
Serving Size: Makes 10 slices
