Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Galbani Precious Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice (or more to adjust to your taste)
    8 oz Libby's 100% Pumpkin (15 oz) ()1/2 can)
    2 tsp Stevia in the Raw (or more to taste)
    1 4 oz container Dannon Activia Light Vanilla Yogurt
    1 tsp Simply Organic Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract Organic


Tips

I have used a low fat/no sugar added whipped topping as well as chopped pecans or a few pumpkin chips for decorating this dessert.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together very well. Taste and adjust sweetener and spices to suit your taste. I add a few pumpkin baking chips or a few roughly chopped roasted pecans to the top. You may also add sugar free whipped topping to make it more festive.
