Ingredients

    2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup Rice flour
    1 medium Tomatoes
    1 small Onions
    0.25 cup Green Peppers, chopped
    1 Jalapeno Peppers
    1 Cup Dannon Fat Free Yogurt
    .5 1tsp Olive Oil
    2-3 green chilies
    1 pinch yeast.

Directions

Mix wheat flour and rice flour. Add chopped tomato,onion, bell pepper, green chilli, jalapeno pepper, salt , yogurt and yeast. Mix well. Kepp aside for 30 minutes. Put Dosa.
