5 g Cornflour (UK) mixed with a little water
2 serving Tesco Value Tin of Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (per half can serving) (by LITTLEPUDDINGPI)
1 tsp Chicken Stock powder (Maggi) - 1tsp or 5g (by JEANS4METOO)
1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1 cup Leeks
8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
1 gram Herb - Oregano, Dried (1 tsp) (by SNCNFC)
Tips
can use chicken breast
good with steamed potato and green beans or crusty bread and mixed veg
Directions
dry fry bacon add onion and garlic cook for 1-2 mins stirring all time.
add tomato and stock add cornflour mixture transfer to casserole.
add chicken then rest of ingredients,season to taste.Cover and cook for 1.30-2 hours.
if stock too thin remove chicken then reduce down
