Ingredients

4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
0.10 tsp Cloves, ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 dash Salt
2 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
4 serving MTS Nutrition Whey (Pumpkin Pie) (1sc/31g)
0.25 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 cup Maple Syrup
1.50 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
1 cup Pumpkin Puree- Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
0.15 cup MILK WESTSOY PLAIN LOW FAT SOYMILK DRINK, LACTOSE AND DAIRY FREE
8 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F and spray a 8X8 baking dish with non-stick spray
2. Combine WET ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer.
3. Combine DRY ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
4. Whisk Dry mix into Wet mix until smooth.
5. Pour into an 8x8 in baking dish and bake for 22-25 minutes. (until toothpick inserted comes out clean).
6. Cool Completely
7. Melt a ½ cup of chocolate chips and spread evenly over the top.
