Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 dash Pepper, black
    4 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    2 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    250 gram(s) Napolina Whole Wheat Fusilli (Dry Weight)
    0.66 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    2 tbsp Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the yoghurt with the mustard, ketchup and black pepper, obtaining a pink sauce. Add the tuna and mix to make a paste. Add the sweet corn. Reserve.

Prepare the pasta following the packet instructions. Once ready drain and rinse in cold water. Add to the bowl that contains the tuna paste and mix. You can add the onions now if you like them raw, or boil them with the pasta for a minute if you prefer them cooked. Serve.

Other vegetables can be added. Sprinkle with parmesan if you like it (calories not counted).
