Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1/8 tsp Salt
    4 cup Wegmans delicata squash (by MASHELDON) approximate one whole squash

Directions


Directions:
Slice squash to 1/4 inch thickness.
Remove seeds and membranes.
Mix in small bowl with olive oil and salt.
Arrange in baking dish.
Spread Parmesan cheese over squash.
Place in 350 degree oven.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes and check.
If you want, you can move to broiler for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
