Introduction

My own recipe for a high-soy protein meal replacement shake. Almost any frozen fruit can be used without a big change in the calorie content. Good for vegans & vegetarians, too! Ingredients

    1 c. vanilla or plain soymilk
    1 scoop/serving soy protein powder
    1/2 medium banana
    3/4 c. frozen blueberries (almost any frozen fruit can be used without much of a big change in the calorie content)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
