Ingredients
-
1 cup Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat
.3 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
.3 cup, diced Celery, raw
.3 cup Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft
2 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing
1 tbsp Onion - Dried, Minced, McCormick (by POPEYETHETURTLE)
.75 tsp Parsley, dried
1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
4 serving Flounder (Kroger's 4 oz fillet) (by MVEGH04)
0.25 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees (230 degrees C)
2. Place the imitation crabmeat, red bell pepper, celery, and mozzarella cheese into a mixing bowl. Gently stir in the Miracle Whip (or some other fat free creamy salad dressing), dried onions, parsley, and cayenne pepper. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place a flounder (or sole) fillet onto your work surface, and place 1/4 of the crab mixture onto one end. Roll the fillet over the filling, and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining fillets, and place into a close-fitting baking dish, side by side. Cover with aluminum foil.
3. Bake in the top third of the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil, and sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs. Return to the oven, and continue baking until the fish is flaky, and the filling hot, 10 to 15 minutes more. copyright 2015 Allrecipes.com
