    1 cup Dole Frozen Pinapple Chunks (by TROISPEACE)
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    6 serving cellery 1 (by RUARUGBYNUT2)
    1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)

I drink 64 ounces as a meal replacement.
